We are certainly living through extraordinary times. The coronavirus pandemic has made life even more challenging than usual for many of us. Lockdown restrictions have placed tremendous strain on all of you and we know many of you have concerns about your own or you child’s emotional health.

With all this in mind, the information on this page will for now focus mainly on how to stay well and healthy during these uncertain times.  All these resource activities have health benefits, you just have to find what’s right for you!

As we slowly find our ‘new normal’ we will reshape the content of the page and focus on other more broader topics relating to good emotional and mental health.

Although we’ve spent many hours designing this new website section we still have much more to do, so we will continue to research and build up these resources over time. For now we hope the tips, advice and info in the links below prove helpful – please give us feedback, we’d love to hear from you!
