Meeting others
Talking to or meeting with other people with A-T and their families can be very beneficial. Whether you have A-T or you are a parent, talking to others in the same situation can be a great help. This may be by telephone or e-mail, or meeting up with someone within your local area. Kay will be able to help you make contact.
There is an A-T Society page on Facebook which you are welcome to join.
Activity Breaks for Adults with A-T
Every year we try to provide an event/break for people with A-T over the age of 16. These events are always very popular and are a way for people to get together socially, as well as to try out different activities. These are some of the events we have provided in recent years:
- West-end shows in London
- Rock-climbing
- Snow-boarding (with the Disabled Skiing Association)
- Air Kicks (a bit like a skydive or parachute jump)
- Week away with Vitalise (specialist holiday centres for people with physical disabilities)
- Sailing holiday with the Jubilee Sailing Trust

E-mail contact list
We are putting together an email contact list for all those Adults with A-T (over 16) who would like to be in touch with each other. If you would like to be included on the list, please contact Kay and give your name, e-mail address, age and a brief description of your interests
For more information on all the above please contact Kay on 01582 760733 or email Kay,
